went to nan hua high sch for their ncc camp ytd.
i didnt have to stay though.
mr liu ask me to go & take a look at the unit.
i guess there will be many work for me to do in this sch bei.
met serena at around 6.30 in the morning. i dont know the way to her sch.
so rushed to the nearby 7-11 eleven to help her buy bottles before meetin.
her dad send us to sch with 2 other female cadets which i dont rmb who.
dont blame me la. im jus too nervous on the car to rmb the name le. hehe.
was alr feelin damn nervous the nite before & didnt slp at all.
i got even more nervous on the car. serena kept tellin me to relax. lol.
when i reach the sch it got worse. my hand was shakin even when im smsin.-_-''
while waitin for mr liu to come, nan hua's own clt came over & introduce themselves.
im too shy to approach ppl that im not shou with la. so lucky they came over.
they seemed to be expectin me. mayb mr liu told them beforehand le bei.
was practically crappin with them. usual introductions to strangers.
i was kinda surprised by something that one of them had said to me.
shall not say its who ba. but its really disturbin to hear it from a clt. haiz.
if i didnt rmb wrongly de hua...he said " the unit is kinda gone case....
i come back for fun only..." its something like this bei. only rmb bits of it.
wth...is this the kind of comment that shld come out from a clt!!!!
freakin piece of shit. moreover he used to be from the sch. dont he feel ashamed.
even if hes not from the sch he shld not be sayin such things as a clt. haiz.
so for most of the time im like jus hangin ard & observe the unit in one corner.
shall not say its completely disastrous...theres some gd points abt the unit la.
but its seems that there will be many things for me & syamil to do for the unit.
first thing i notice is that the whole unit lack in spirit. most of them look so low.
they had the sian look & give me a feelin its a torture to be there.
their foot drills is also very weak.i dont think they are taught well in their basics ba.
simple thing like not to move in a file etc all i can see from them.
most the common error can be seen when they are doin drill.
im quite amazed how come the clts didnt correct them on the spot. weird.
shld work on their basics & discipline when i go for their trainings.
some of their specialists are kinda weak in their teachings to the cadets.
mayb they were not taught how to teach bei. no worries ba. will be easy.
the last thing im wonderin is that how come the clts are runnin the camp for the specialits.
although i heard the clt sayin it himself that he doesnt want to run the camp for them.
but most of the time wat i see is the clt givin instructions instead of specialists.
can see some of them are too dependent on their clts.
should train them to be more independent & take control.
so thats wat i have mostly observed while rottin in one corner.
have to brainstorm & discuss with syamil wat to do to help them.
this is really a very big challenge to me both as a clt and a person.
im in a new environment with diff culture & tradition & im not from their sch.
its will take some time for me to adapt & for the cadets to get used to me.
me & syamil will definitely give our best to lift the unit up.
preferably both the gals & guys units will get gold award some time soon.
that would be the ultimate aim for us bei. but its not gonna be easy.
lets pray that we will get all the support thats necessary ba. baibai.
anyway thanx to sarah, serena & corrine. haha.
they kinda entertain & talked to me when i felt really bored.
lucky theres them around if not i will really rot to death.
